THE BIG FIVE (It's My Birthday!)

Dear friends,

I want to announce to the whole world that I’m turning FIVE today! FIVE! Woo hoo!

To my delight, Missus was baking me a birthday cake!

I couldn’t resist having a quick sniff...

... and a little lick! (Oops!)

And this is how the ‘a la Martha Stewart’ masterpiece finished up, complete with a yummy yoghurt topping!

Me and my cake. Five and still looking like a gorgeous stud! YEAH BABY!

Dad cutting a couple of slices for me. Man I was drooling!

My humans didn’t give me the whole thing. They’ve saved some of it for tomorrow.

Mmmm...cake with delicious bacon ‘sprinkles’.

I waited patiently for my cue to tuck-in...

...before scoffing the lot in few seconds! It was yummy!

Check out the other ‘loot’ I got for my birthday!

I couldn’t decide which gift to start with! Decisions...decisions...decisions. Eventually I picked out one of the packs of treats...

...which was given by Missus’ cousin. Thank you Jasmine!

I love the blueberry flavoured cookies! Could you send some more please?

Me and all of my presents!

See you! Woof!

C'mon England

As most of you will know, the World Cup is currently in full swing. England will be playing against Germany in the first knock-out round later on today. Dad is English, so no prizes for guessing which team I’ll be supporting.

Chanting: England... England... England...

To show my support, I donned my England shirt...

... and this is how it looks from the back (I was trying to save a goal in the photograph.)

Of course when it comes to football, I am quite an experienced player. Here are a couple of photos taken by the paparazzi during my training session.

“Whoah... over here!”

“Pass the ball over to me!”

“On my head!”

“YIKES!”

Anyway, I hope England will do their best and win.

C'mon England!

Siena

We had a stopover at Pisa before embarking to our next destination. This time we were going to spend a couple of days in Siena.

Postcards from Siena.

Making myself comfortable on Grandma's bed.

Once we had settled into our hotel room, we set off to explore the booti-ful town of Siena.

Our first stop was the Duomo.

Me, Dad and Grandma in front of Siena's magnificient cathedral.

One of Siena's quaint streets.

Next we went to Piazza Del Campo which occupies the site of the old Roman forum. All the buildings are so amazing.

This is the photo of Piazza Del Campo. Missus only manage to capture half of it!

We couldn’t resist taking some more photos. Me, Missus and Grandma posing in front of Palazzo Publicco.

Me and Missus. She never let me out of her sight.

Dad, Grandma and Me in the Piazza.

And here we are from angle.

There were many people came over to talk to us. (Actually they only wanted to talk to me!)

As we walked further along, we noticed that there was some kind of parade about to start.

One of the parade participants ready to fling his flag high up in the air.

Grandma and I were so impressed that we watched the entire procession before continuing our sight-seeing.

Finally we sat down for something to eat and drink. (A dog has to quench his thirst!) Yay!

For my last few posts, I’ve been ending my blog at a restaurant. This time I’m going to leave you with a picture of my booti-ful Grandma instead.

My Grandma whom I love dearly. I wonder what is she getting for me for my birthday???

Ciao.
